Short stems with green leaves and delicate tendrils. Crunchy and robust pea flavour.

Popcorn Shoots

Bright yellow leaves with juicy white stems. Intensely sweet.

Red Vein Sorrel

Green leaves with bright red veins and red stems. Tart on the tongue. Hint of lemon when very young.

Purple Basil

Dark purple leaves. Intense basil flavour.

Genovese Basil

Bright green soft pillowy leaves. Sweet basil flavour.

Red Amaranth

Deep, dark red, delicate and tiny. Can be grown to larger size if required. Earthy flavour.

Cilantro

Bright green leaves and light delicate stems. Intense cilantro flavour.

Bronze and brown fronds with a more dill forward flavour.

Nasturtium

Deep dark green round leaves with lightly coloured stems. Leaf colour can vary slightly and are sometimes a lighter green. Peppery flavour.

Wide sunflower shoot shaped leaves with a velvety texture. Light cucumber flavour.

Lemon Basil

Pale green basil with a distinct lemon flavour.

MICROGREEN MIXES

Sunny Salad

A base of sunflower shoots mixed with red kale, broccoli, purple kohlrabi and red cabbage. This mix is a beautiful array of colour. No spice on the palate.

Brassica Blend

A blend of broccoli, broccoli raab, mustard, arugula and ruby stem radish for a pop of colour. A hint of spice.

Crunchy Salad

This week's blend, with a base of pea shoots. Also contains mustard, broccoli, radish, kale, sunflower. May contain: arugula, cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli raab.

Confetti Radish

A colour explosion. Base of red radish mixed with ruby stem radish and daikon radish. Peppery on the palate.

Asian Blend

Daikon Radish, Bok Choi, Mizuna Mustard. Spicy.
